Sweet Home won the battle of #1 vs. #2 Saturday for the New York Class A high school football championship. Sweet Home finished a perfect season with a 35-28 win over Burnt Hills, which suffered its first loss of the season. Click here for game summary.
Southwestern beat Cronton-Harmon 35-7 Saturday in the state's Class C title to capture the school's first-ever New York State Public High School Athletic Association championship. Click here for game story.

St. Anthony's streak of seven straight Catholic High School Football League championships came to an end Friday with the Friars 48-35 loss to Iona Prep in the AAA title game.
